Products Ineligible for Return

** All BGR - Bad Guy Repellent (Aerosol Spray) sales are final and not eligible for return.

Damaged Products Policy*

Byrna launchers, Byrna Shields™, Byrna Banshees™ and Byrna launcher accessories and projectiles that are damaged or defective when received will be replaced at no charge to the customer provided that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested within ten (10) days of receipt and the product is shipped within five (5) days of the RMA issuance.

*This policy provides for replacement of goods that arrive damaged or defective upon inspection with new products at no cost to the customer. Defects or operational issues that arise after this period will be repaired in accordance with our standard limited factory warranty.

Change of Heart Policy

We understand that from time to time a customer has a change of heart after placing an order. Any order cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full. Returns of shipped products are accepted if Peer Pressure1 is notified within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new and unused condition. All “change of heart” returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% which will cover shipping and handling costs.

*Due to the critical nature of body armor, the Byrna Shield IIIA and Byrna Shield III+ are not eligibile for return and refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Prior to making any return you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number should be clearly written on the outside shipping carton. Additionally, please place a copy of any correspondence regarding your return inside the carton. To obtain a RMA number, please contact us directly via email or phone.
